Construction and Notes: This sweater is crocheted from the top down. Begin by working the ribbing at the neckline. Then continue with the yoke. The sleeves are set aside while the body is crocheted, and afterwards, the sleeves are completed. The yoke, body, and sleeves are worked in continuous spiral rounds, while the ribbing sections are worked back and forth.

The stitch pattern consists of stitch groups of 3 double crochet stitches, worked into the chain space from the previous round, separated by 1 chain stitch. The front panel contains one more stitch group than the back panel to create shaping in the sweater. This pattern is written without abbreviations to make it more accessible for new crocheters.

Choosing a Size:
Choose your size depending on how boxy you would like your sweater to be. Please note that the armholes and neckline will also change accordingly.
Reference: The green version is size 4 (117 centimeters / 46″), and the multicolored version is size 6 (130 centimeters / 51″), both worn by a model with a 96 centimeter (37¾”) bust.
